Hubert Krismer – Nassereith
My mum, the known mask carver Irene Krismer, aroused my interest in carving in early childhood. As a youth I took more and more pleasure in carving so I decided to attend the carving school in Elbigenalp. After four years of schooling I graduated as a wood sculptor. After several years as a carver I changed my profession in 1989, since then I work for the Plansee-company in Reutte.
Nevertheless carving is still giving me great pleasure and I hope I will soon spend more time again in my carving atelier.
Hubert became member of “Mascherai Alpini” in 2017.
